If you get a tickle out of a pickle, head up to the St. Joe for the 15th Annual Pickle Festival. There are parades, pickles, pickle ice cream, pickle factory tours and pickled fireworks! Ok, I'm not sure if the fireworks are pickled, but the ice cream definitely is.
