Enjoy a tea party complete with cookies, music and fairytale stories. New Haven Parks and Recreation is offering a free 'Tea Party Time' for your 3 to 6 year old princess. The Tea Party will take place on September 7th from 4:30 to 5:15p. This even is free, but you must RSVP by calling 749-2212.
