I actually do these. You are never going to get rich quick, but I've earned a couple $5 checks. The surveys just take a few minutes when they show up in your inbox.
I've been a member of Ipsos for years and have taken zillions of their surveys with no ill effects. They would be another reliable resource for some extra money. I'm sure the pay structure is similar, not quick money, but it does add up. Plus I've gotten free samples to try out and then fill out surveys for.
