Fort4Fitness Annual Health Festival This Weekend (September 23 and 24)

The very popular Fort4Fitness Race is this weekend.  In conjunction with that race is the Fort4Fitness Health Festival. 

Head down to Parkview Field Friday, September 23 or Saturday, September 24 to experience local and national vendors who provide information on health, wellness and fitness.  Go here for complete information on times and venue. 

For all of you running in the race, good luck!  Kate is doing the half marathon and I am running the 10K.  So, maybe we will see you there.
