On October 16, Ulta (in Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center) is offering a Free shampoo, cut and style for a minimum donation of $10. All proceeds will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The offer is first come, first served and will go from 11a to 6p.
