Free Health Screenings at Sam's Club 8/11/12

The Sam's Club on Lima Road in Fort Wayne is offering Free Kids' Health Screenings on Saturday, August 11 from 11am to 3pm.  Members and non-members alike can receive the following services, available on a first come, first serve basis:

• DNA kit
• Fingerprint kit
• Dental Screening
• BMI assessment 
• Blood Pressure assessment
