From what I can tell the difference between the two sites is that zennioptical.com has really inexpensive frames and coastal.com carries some designer brands.  I guess it is all what you are looking for.

You will need to know your glasses prescription and your pupillary distance, which is the distance between the middle of your pupils.  They also carry kids glasses, which would be a good way to not feel too bad about losing a pair, if you don't spend too much to begin with.
