Sitter City

This is something that isn't exactly frugal, but when I saw this, I was intrigued.  Sitter City is a site that pairs parents with sitters/nannies.  Kate and I have been trading babysitting since her oldest was three months old. Before that, though, I had a sitter, who I loved, but I stressed about finding her.

For those of you might be expecting you first child and are just starting your search or if your current sitter is just not working out, this might be worth checking out.  This site works both ways, though, if you are someone that is looking to get into the babysitting/nanny business, you can list yourself on the site for a fee.  For parents to search, there is no cost.
