It's been getting hotter outside. If you are looking for entertaining ways to escape the heat, consider the library as one of your sources. Our family has been attending the Monday Family Nights at the Georgetown branch for the last several Mondays.
Not only have the activities been very entertaining, but the staff has also been extremely gracious and helpful. They really act like they are excited you are there. They also seem to like their jobs.

Also, think about contacting another mom to meet you there. That way you can sit an chat while the kids play/are entertained.
