The Three Rivers Festival is almost here! Festivities kick off Friday, July 12th! There are plenty of free or low-cost activities that come along with this great, local festival. My husband and I like to take the girls down to indulge in a shared family elephant ear. We used to only split it between two people...now there will be five people vying for a share!
