The University of Saint Francis will team with Fort Wayne Cinema Center on “A Weekend with Chris Buck” Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 4 and 5. The event will bring a free screening of “Frozen,” the highest grossing animated film and number-five movie of all time, and free presentations by its Oscar-winning co-director to the USF Robert Goldstine Performing Arts Center.
The public is invited to the “Frozen” screening that evening at 7 p.m., with Buck engaging in a sing-along immediately following the film. He will deliver a lecture after the sing-along. On Sunday, Buck will speak for the university’s continuing Closer Look lecture series at 1 p.m. He will discuss his career and creative evolution and offer advice on beginning a career in creative industries to the region’s students.
