FRIDAY, MARCH 25
  • Write the Feminine:  A Celebration of Women's Words and History:  Readings by local women writers in celebration of Women’s History Month, Ivy Tech. 6-8 pm.

SATURDAY, MARCH 26
  • F.A.M.E. Festival of the Art:  A free multi-cultural event featuring youth artwork, performances and hands-on activities, at Honeywell Center, Wabash, 9 am-4 pm.
  • Yoga for You:  A free introduction to the Fort Wayne yoga community, 2nd Floor of Walb Student Union, IPFW, 5-9 pm. 574-238-3698
  • The Heritage of Fort Wayne Informational Seminar:  Continental breakfast and tours provided.  Speakers on topics of wealth management, estate planning and health insurance.  Seminar is free but must reserve spot at 466-8778.
THURSDAY, MARCH 31
  • Toastmasters Open HouseSocial time beginning at 6:30 pm, with the program beginning at 7 pm.  Free at Ivy Tech campus auditorium.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13
  • Vera Bradley Outlet Sale:  Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, Fort Wayne.  Expo Center.  Two ticketed days followed by three public days. 
APRIL 12-16 and 27-30
  • Focus On HealthFree and low cost health checks and screenings, Fort Wayne.  Various sites and hours.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27
SATURDAY and SUNDAY, APRIL 30 and MAY 1 

  • SolFestAt Fox Island, enjoy local music, beer garden, kids' area, hayrides and food.  Admission $5, but children 11 and under are free.  Noon to 8pm.

  • Fiber Arts Celebration:  Soloman Farm Park, Fort Wayne.  The focus of the festival is education through hands-on participation and demonstrations of the processes of making natural fiber products:  wool dyeing, spinning, weaving and more.  Free admission and free parking.
