Free Cooking Classes

The Williams-Sonoma in Jefferson Pointe offers free Technique Classes and Free Product Demonstrations for food enthusiasts.  My four year old gremlin exclaimed two days ago at dinner, "MOM!  You didn't burn the grilled cheese!  I am so proud of you!"  My cooking techniques are obviously lacking, and I should attend these classes.

Technique Classes offer free, basic instruction on cooking techniques and specialty chef's tools.  Classes are offered at 2 pm on Sundays.  This Sunday, March 6, you will be instructed on how to make Classic American Steakhouse Starters such as stuffed mushrooms and onion rings.  Please call the local Williams-Sonoma at 260.459.6311 a couple days in advance to reserve your spot.

Product Demonstrations are quick, 10 minute sessions where you can see various cooking tools and techniques in action to allow you to determine which brands and products work best in your kitchen.  These demos are offered on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings at 11 am, but the store would be happy to run through a product demo at any time.  See the Calendar for a complete listing of classes and demonstrations.
