• Crack, Joint, Fault, Earthquake & Japan:  A free lecture as part of the Science Café series, at Firefly Coffee House from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Omnibus Lecture Series:  IPFW, "Activism:  Then and Now".  Free tickets required.

• SolFest:  At Fox Island, enjoy local music, beer garden, kids' area, hayrides and food.  Admission $5, but children 11 and under are free.  Noon to 8pm.

• Fiber Arts Celebration:  Soloman Farm Park, Fort Wayne.  The focus of the festival is education through hands-on participation and demonstrations of the processes of making natural fiber products:  wool dyeing, spinning, weaving and more.  Free admission and free parking.
