Read on for an easy, inexpensive bag closure idea. This idea also helps re-purpose those landfill clogging watter bottles. This type of closure would be ideal for dry beans, children's cereal or ground wheat germ/flax seed, as I have pictured here.

Carefully cut off the top of the water bottle. Trim the top closely. Make sure the closure is completely dry. |

Separate the lid from the threaded bottom part. Slide the threaded bottom part over a plastic baggie. |

Fold the baggie edges over the top of the threaded circle. Screw the lid on over top of the baggie. To dispense product, simply unscrew and gently pour out your product. |
