The History Center has free admission from June 13-18. The History Center is home to the Fort Wayne- Allen County Historical Society. It houses over 26,000 artifacts, photographs and memorabilia from Fort Wayne and Allen county. I have a clear childhood memory of visiting the jail in the basement, thus igniting my love affair with Alcatraz.
