I scored a few free dispensers of free Kandoo foaming hand soap when a nearby Scott's was going out of business last fall. After the original kryptonite-green soap was all gone, I made my own foaming hand soap. This method is far more cost-effective than purchasing the foaming soap refill or using a regular soap dispenser. Also keep in mind you could use this for dish soap, body wash and shampoo.

Use an old foaming soap dispenser (or purchase one). |
 |
Fill dispenser up to 1/3 full with regular liquid soap. |
 |
Fill with warm water leaving space at the top to allow for the pump. Gently tip upside down to mix your solution.

I've done the same with body wash, since it always seems to be free at CVS. It also works quite well!
