Walmart's Fantastic Holiday Ad Match Policy

Have you heard about Walmart's new holiday ad match policy?  They are calling it the Holiday Price Match Guarantee.  Starting November 1st and running through Decemeber 25th, if you purchase a product at Walmart then find it advertised for a lower price elsewhere, Walmart will pay you the difference in the form of a Walmart gift card. 

Wow, this is huge.  Do you think that this will make you shop more at Walmart this holiday season?  There are a few exclusions, like no % off and no gift cards with purchases type things. Also, they will not honor Black Friday Ads (printed or online).  You can read all about it here.

Finally, they have also announced some other shopping incentives.  Layaway will be available for items over $15.  Many items from Walmart.com will be eligible for free shipping and a $.10/gallon discount on gas purchased at Walmart or Murphy USA gas stations.
