The Grocery Game, Part 3

Walmart does not have any savings cards, coupon sites or extra deals.  That being said, the best thin Walmart has going for it right now is their ad matching policy.  They will ad match competitors advertised prices on items on, "any thing with a printed advertised price", according to the customer service representative I talked to at Walmart corporate.  This means dairy, produce, meat and even things like plants.  Walmart also seems to be consistently lower priced on peanut butter, frozen fruit, dairy and cereal.  They do take printable coupons, but they do not double or triple those coupons.

Target has a coupon section on their website.  You can find it here.  These coupons can be stacked on top of manufacturer coupons if they say TARGET COUPON in the upper left hand corner.  If you print it and it says manufacturer coupon in the upper left hand corner, this can be used at any store that accepts coupons.  Even if it has a Target logo on it.  These coupons can only be printed twice.  Watch for savings off clothing and other household items because typically clearance items are not excluded.   So, sometimes you can work a pretty good deal off of the clearance rack!

This concludes the 'Grocery Game' series.  Please remember, you can always email us with questions.  We would love to share whatever knowledge we have.
