Katie, one of Frugal Fort Wayne's loyal readers (and a good friend of mine) sent this link about 'Target Tips'. It is a very interesting read and it has some great ideas about getting the most for your money if you are a regular Target shopper. It would also come in handy if you are looking to purchase something marked down.
