CVS $5/$40 Purchase Coupon

'Like' CVS on Facebook and you can sign up to receive a $5 off $40 purchase at CVS.  You will have to enter your Extra Care Card number and then they will send it via email.  When you go to CVS to use this, make sure that this coupon is the first thing they scan so that your purchase total is above $40 when you are starting (if you have other coupons that you are using).
