Taste of the Arts 2013
Taste of the Arts is a FREE festival with more than 40 performances from local arts organizations and art, food and other activities. The party will take place at the Arts United Center from 11 am to 7 pm. There will be a free bike valet at Freimann Square, and you can also enjoy a free Trolley ride around Downtown.

Cow Appreciation Day: Free Meal at Chick-fil-A on July 8, 2011
If you have some free time on your hands, you might want to start working on your cow costume. Why, you ask? On July 12, Chick-fil-A is offering a free meal to those that arrive in the store dressed as a cow.
According to Chick-fil-A's webpage about the event, "the more cow you wear, the more meal you will receive." If you wear a partial costume, a free sandwich is granted. A "head-to-hoof" costume will garner an entire meal.

Free Bowling For Kids
KidsBowlFree.com is offering free bowling for kids in the Fort this summer. You must first register your children and then free tickets will be sent via email at the beginning of each week. The only participating bowling alley in Fort Wayne is Wayne Rec Center at 3810 Lake Avenue. Here is the link to sign up for that location. Adults are extra but they do offer an adult pass for $25 for unlimited bowling (only with the little kiddos present) for up to four extra adults. The site considers age 15 and up an adult. Winterval 2012
While this isn't what winter in Fort Wayne looks like right now, there is some winter fun going on in the Fort this weekend. It's called Winterval and it's brought to you by the Fort Wayne Parks and Rec and many other sponsors. You can go here to see all of the times and participating locations.
