This idea came from a friend of mine who comes from a big family. I was saying how much I dislike making PB and J sandwiches. She said when they were growing up, they would make all of the sandwiches for everyone, for the whole week on Sunday night.
I thought this idea was ingenious and was disappointed that I had not thought of it before. We now do this and according to my son, the sandwiches taste just fine. Also, this way he can make his whole lunch himself and I know that he hasn't put an entire container of jelly on his sandwich. (That could happen...)
