Secret Price Codes

Check out his Yahoo Finance article about 'secret price codes' that you can use when shopping stores to make sure you are getting the lowest price possible.  Here is a sneak peak:

"If you're shopping at Target, a price tag that ends in .99 signifies that the item is full price. If the tag ends in "8" the item has been discounted."
